In April, the LMA and PwC published their Claims Workforce of the Future – London Market report. The report considers how advancements in technology and changing customer expectations are impacting the claims world. It then explores how the roles and skills of today’s London Market claims professionals will need to transform, and provides an insight into the skills, experience and approach that will be necessary in the future.

To follow up on the report, PwC will be hosting an interactive workshop where you will be able to further examine the transformation that we will be seeing in our workforces, and start the conversation about how claims teams can prepare themselves now.

The focus for the workshop will be:

• the way that claims roles and the skillsets required are evolving
• how we find and develop staff for claims teams of the future
• how the LMA can support this transformation.

This will be an opportunity to have a say on what you think our workforce will look like at various levels, and to articulate the kind of support and resources you would like to see made available.

The workshop will be held at PwC’s Frontier Lab, which is an innovation space with the very latest technology that will help us make the most of the session.
