LMA Academy Online Technical Soundbites series

The LMA Academy has arranged a series of free 90-minute virtual learning workshops for LMA members across a wide range of technical topics, to be hosted by Charlotte Warr from Sarnia Training.

By the end of this session you will be able to explain:

• explain the claims lifecycle
• explain the importance of adjusters being proactive and having a focus on the desired end result of any particular claim
• identify and describe strategic actions which can have a positive or a negative outcome on claims lifecycle and customer outcomes
• explain what benefits can be obtained by looking at a claims portfolio as a whole rather than just focussing on individual claims or transactions.
