Claims Exellence Awards by the Insurance Times are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims – the companies, teams and individuals who have direct contact with customers in their hour of need. This vitally important part of the sector continues to be at the forefront of innovation and outstanding customer service and there is much to celebrate.
There are 14 categories this year, 11 of which can be entered, all designed to showcase the best of the best across solution based, specialist and team & individual achievement.
Entries are open until 10 March and finalists will be announced on 2 April. The 2020 winners will be revealed at a must-attend awards ceremony in central London on the evening of Thursday 21 May, bringing together senior decision makers, influencers and the cream of the sector.
