These awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims – the companies, teams and individuals who have direct contact with customers in their hour of need. This vitally important part of the sector continues to be at the forefront of innovation and outstanding customer service and amidst fierce competition in a bumper entry year, there is much to celebrate!
The second stage of judging which involves a nail biting presentation to our panel of judges will take place on Tuesday 25 April.
The winners will be revealed at Kensington’s Royal Garden Hotel in London on the evening of Thursday 25 May, bringing together senior decision makers, influencers and the cream of the sector. We look forward to seeing you there.
