The Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards are designed to recognise and reward excellence across claims – the companies, teams and individuals who have direct contact with customers in their hour of need. This vitally important part of the sector continues to be at the forefront of innovation and outstanding customer service, and there is much to celebrate.
There are 14 categories this year, 11 of which were open for entry, all designed to showcase the best of the best across solution based, specialist, team and individual achievement.
Entries are now closed and finalists will be announced on Wednesday 31 March. The 2021 winners will be revealed at a virtual ceremony on Thursday 27 May.
