Anyone handling California claims. This event is open to LMA members only.

You are invited to attend a California Claims Handling seminar, presented by Peter Hughes (San Diego) and Bill Enger (Los Angeles) from Wilson Elser.

The California fair claims settlement practices regulations apply to all insurance practitioners, whether doing business on an admitted, non-admitted or surplus lines basis.

Attendance is important to review the current regulations and learn about recent changes.
