The California fair claims settlement practices regulations apply to all insurance practitioners, whether doing business on an admitted, non-admitted or surplus lines basis. Attendance is important to ensure that you:

• achieve certification to handle claims to the current regulatory standards, and;
• understand changes to practices and regulation in the jurisdiction of California.

Certification will be sent via email to those who register and self certify that the webinar has been completed.
