Ruchika Kaur is a forensic engineer in Thornton Tomasetti’s Western US Region. Her experience includes damage assessment of existing facilities, remedial design for failed structures, evaluation of construction defects, and building envelope assessments. She has performed seismic assessments in Chile, Mexico, and New Zealand where she investigated hundreds of earthquake-damaged buildings. She has worked with both plaintiffs and defense teams, and has extensive experience in the insurance industry.
