The Mongol Derby is the longest horse race in the world; an epic feat of equestrian endurance across 1,000km of tough terrain.

In this LMA session Dr Fred Barrelet will recount the experiences he and his wife gained from this fascinating country and its people as vets supervising the horses and riders during this year’s race and trekking across the Mongolian steppe.
