
The LMA’s D&F Forum will explore current regulatory and coverage developments across the US property insurance market.
The event will be split into two parts. The first session, led by Lloyd’s America, will provide an update on key regulatory developments affecting the US property insurance sector. It will address current challenges surrounding the availability and affordability of property insurance, consider the impact of recent US government policies, highlight emerging regulations on artificial intelligence and offer an outlook on the upcoming reauthorisation of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA).
The second part of the session will examine coverage developments across the US market. One of the LMA’s partner legal experts will provide an assessment of valuation trends, jurisdictional variations and other coverage considerations and trends.
