Updates to Energy Exploration and Development Insurance 8/86 Form 2025

 The Joint Natural Resource Committee (JNRC) and Joint Energy Claims Group (JECG) have undertaken a review of the Energy Exploration and Development Insurance 8/86 Form (EED 8/86).

Following the review, the LMA invites you to a webinar discussing the changes, presented by Elliot Boler, Senior Associate, Clyde & Co.

The purpose of this review was to update and clarify certain areas within EED 8/86, rather than a full rewrite.

There has been a comprehensive consultation process overseen by the JNRC and JECG. As a result, the standard form has been updated and is now issued as Energy Exploration and Development Insurance 8/86, revised 11/25.
