Following the Schrems II judgement from July 2020, the ICO has recently released a public consultation on how organisations can protect peoples’ personal data when transferring it outside of the UK.
Description
Our speakers will talk through the main points of the public consultation including the proposals for the new guidance, the changes in the transfer agreements and clauses and how they are likely to affect the market.
