The LMA and the Nick Kilhams Foundation (NFK) would like to invite you to the first annual Nick Kilhams Memorial Lecture.

Tragically Nick Kilhams died from suicide early one Saturday morning in May 2021. Our mission is to keep Nick’s memory and legacy alive in the market place that he loved so dearly. We fear others in the industry may be struggling to deal with their inner thoughts and mental health challenges. We hope by bringing Nick’s story to the fore that others will be brave enough to share and talk openly if they need help. We aim to raise money to fund mental health resources, to aid anyone in our market that needs help.

Speakers

The event will be Chaired by Tim Bradford, Chair of NKF Board of Trustees. The event will include:

• NKF Update: Martin Reith, Treasurer of NKF
• NKF sponsorship of James’ Place: Nick Wentworth-Stanley, co-Founder, and Ellen O’Donoghue, Chief Executive of James’ Place
• Keynote lecture: Pyramid of Lies; The Greensill Scandal, Duncan Mavin, writer and journalist. Duncan will review one of the CPRI market’s largest losses, exploring the key elements of the scandal.
