Description

The LMA together with our speakers will be delivering training that address all aspects of mediation in large loss subrogation matters in the US including:

• selecting a mediator
• pre-mediation preparation
• in-person versus remote mediation
• issues unique to subrogation
• negotiation tactics and techniques
• identifying and utilizing leverage
• customising the mediation process to optimise the outcome
• post-mediation follow-up.

The training will be followed by networking drinks at The Moniker from 16.35 – 19.00.
