Frank Musica, Risk Management Consultant for Victor’s CNA A&E program, will lead a discussion on the pitfalls and opportunities design firms face when it comes to construction administration. For this special program, we will have an interactive discussion on issues relative to site visits, duties and the inherent risks.

We will review the risks and responsibilities in addressing non-compliant work, reduction and elimination of roles, scope creep and handling requests to terminate contractors as well as reduced or terminated site visit responsibilities. An in-depth review of the standard of care will also be included along with a review of actual claim case studies and lessons learned specific to construction administration.
