The LMA’s Worldwide Property Business Panel (WWPBP), which represents the interests of property D&F underwriters in the Lloyd’s market, would like to invite you to the first scheduled Property D&F Forum for 2021.

Description

Patrick Foss, Jonathan Embling and Suzy Oakley of Kennedys will present on the legal challenges and claim considerations around the Strike, Riots, Civil Commotion and Malicious Damage coverage for the Property D&F market.

There will also be an opportunity for attendees to hear what the WWPBP have been discussing at recent meetings, as well as raise any other market issues for consideration.
