End the week on a feelgood high with the next session in our wellbeing programme – Namaste Yoga!
In this session, we will explore the word ‘Namaste’ and how we use it when practicing yoga. Beginning with breath work and intention setting, Samantha will guide you seamlessly into forming poses and moving in a way which increases feelings of wellbeing from head to toe. The session will culminate with a bringing-together of body and mind, with a mini-meditation.
All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
