LMA Political Risk Claims Group Autumn Forum: Geopolitical Updates, Rethinking Recoveries and Landmark Decisions
The LMA Political Risk Claims Group invites members from across the political risk market to attend a forum addressing key issues currently affecting the sector.
Attendees will gain insight into geopolitical developments in the US and MENA regions, explore new perspectives on asset recovery, and discuss the implications of the Anham and Aercap decisions for the political risk market. The event also provides an opportunity to network in person with peers.

Speakers
- Charles Myers, Chairman and Founder, Signum Global Advisors: Charles leads a leading geopolitical risk firm based in New York and London. He is an expert in US foreign policy, global trade, and regulation across finance, energy and technology. He is also a member of the Economic Club of New York and the Bretton Woods Committee.
- Lachlan Monro, Founder, Wildmoor Advisory: Lachlan brings over 20 years of leadership experience in frontier markets. He founded Wildmoor Advisory to deliver structured and credible support for complex claims. Informed by hands-on problem solving in challenging environments, he delivers high-value outcomes.
- Andrew Tobin, Partner, Mills & Reeve: Andrew is head of Mills & Reeve’s specialty team, which focuses on political risk, political violence, specie, reinsurance and international risks of all kinds. He originally practised as a barrister before joining an insurance law firm shortly before 9/11 and has since represented insurers and reinsurers, primarily advising on coverage.
