Description

The LMA Claims and Delegated Authority (DA) Team is completing its bitesize series for 2020 with two sessions, providing updates on the Future at Lloyd’s following publication of Blueprint 2. It is strongly recommended you attend both sessions Bitesize 19 and Bitesize 20.

The session provides insight on set up and operation of the Claims Lab. This will describe how we are cross-working with other workstreams within claims and the collaboration with the market participants. You will be able to understand the deliverables and supporting plan, whilst considering the impact to the market and your business.

The LMA will be back during the first quarter of 2021 with a further series of engaging bitesize sessions.
