Description

The LMA Claims and Delegated Authority (DA) Team is completing its bitesize series for 2020 with two sessions, providing updates on the Future at Lloyd’s following publication of Blueprint 2. It is strongly recommended you attend both sessions Bitesize 19 and Bitesize 20.

This session will provide an overview of what is contained within Blueprint 2 with firstly a view of all component parts, the customers journeys and a focus on the claims solution elements for Open Market and Delegated Authority.

The LMA will be back during the first quarter of 2021 with a further series of engaging bitesize sessions.
