RVS Monte-Carlo 2021

You can book your place online and confirm your attendance by paying the registration fee of €200/person. Registration will take place in the Salle d’Or I at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo Hotel from 2 pm on Saturday 11 September 2021 to 12 pm on Thursday 16 September 2021. For security reasons, badges must be worn. Additional meeting and event spaces are available at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo Hotel.

The official cocktail reception and discussion panel will be held at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo Hotel. Please note that no other events may take place during the official cocktail reception. The official list of participants is distributed to registered participants who have collected their badges at the registration desk in the Fairmont Monte-Carlo Hotel. This list is not sent out before the event and is not available in electronic format.

Registration deadlines

Payment by bank transfer: Bank transfers will no longer be accepted after this date. Registration fees will need to be paid by bank card.

Until 30/06/2021
Free cancellation: Fees will not be refunded for cancellations after this date.

Until 13/08/2021
«Cancel and replace»: After this date, any new person registering to attend will need to pay a new registration fee, even if they are replacing someone else.
