Joint Learning and Development (CPD) Conference 2025

Our next annual Joint Learning and Development (CPD) Conference will be taking place at Lingfield Park Resort.

This conference, hosted jointly by the Insurance Institute of Sussex, North Downs Insurance Institute and the Insurance Institute of Guildford, will deliver 5 hours of quality CPD that will be of interest to all general insurance professionals.

During the day, we have planned a range of topical subjects which will include:

• contract works insurance
• fraudulent claim trends over fire, theft, liability and motor
• lithium-ion batteries
• plant pathology investigations in the insurance industry
• underinsurance including rebuilding costs and the complications of listed buildings

Online Booking

To book your place/s for this conference, please use our online booking system by clicking on the Book Now button below. The cost is £55 for CII/PFS members, £60 for non-members, or you can book a mixed table of 8 for £290. These prices are reduced as shown below for all bookings made by 11:59 pm on 31 August 2025.

The price includes a buffet lunch and tea/coffee during breaks.

Payment can be made online (by debit or credit card) or you can choose to pay offline (by cheque or BACS) as part of this booking process – the debit/credit card option is not available for offline payments.

Please note that to take advantage of our Member rate, you will need to provide your membership number at the time of booking.

Getting there
There is ample free parking on-site and the venue is a 10 minute walk from Lingfield Station.
