The working parents’ forum is a space for community support and shared learnings specifically for those who have children. This one is for ISC members based in North America.

Feeling empowered can mean different things to different people but what does it mean to you and do you currently feel that way in your day-to-day?

For the second Working Parents’ Forum of the year, we’ll be taking the theme of ‘harnessing your power’ a step further and tackling “empowerment”. As a working parent there are additional factors at play when structuring your working life and taking opportunities, therefore, led by forum Chair, Anna Kodryanu, we will be talking about how you can approach both of these aspects to ensure that you feel confident and empowered in decision making.
