Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards 2026

The Claims Excellence Awards celebrate the very best across the claims sector – the companies, teams and individuals who go above and beyond to support customers in their moment of need. These awards recognise innovation, outstanding service, and the achievements that set new benchmarks for excellence across the industry.

This year brings exciting changes. Not only are we moving to a brand-new venue – The Brewery on Chiswell Street, London – we’re also refreshing the format. The awards ceremony will take place over lunchtime, followed by a relaxed drinks reception to continue the celebrations in style.

This year, there are 19 award categories in all, with 17 open for entry, 2 open for nomination and 4 exciting new additions designed to spotlight emerging trends and evolving expertise within the claims landscape.

Entries are now officially open and we invite you to showcase your successes, innovations and impact from the past year. The deadline to submit your entries is 5pm on Friday 6th March, so start preparing your submissions and make this your year to shine.
