Back for 2022, and coming hot on the heels of last April’s virtual event, Insurance2025 will now be an integral part of BrokerFest2022, giving us the opportunity to incorporate the digitalisation of broking alongside the traditional hot topics that BrokerFest addresses.

The pandemic has sped up change across the general insurance industry as the switch to working from home has accelerated the need for digitalisation and presented new marketing challenges. ESG has also moved up the agenda with customers becoming increasingly concerned about how premiums are invested and whether claims are dealt with sustainably.
