Inaugural Emerging Litigation Forum and the Final Environment and Climate Litigation Committee Meeting 2025

The LMA invites you to the inaugural meeting of the Emerging Litigation Forum and the final meeting of the Environment and Climate Litigation Committee.

The remit of this group is being expanded to include a broader range of emerging litigation risks, and as a result, this forum is now being opened to a wider group of market professionals. The upcoming session will outline the rationale behind this change and set out the remit of the revised group.

The meeting will also include a presentation by Joana Setzer, Associate Professorial Research Fellow at the London School of Economics. Joana will present the findings from LSE’s annual report on Global Trends in Climate Change Litigation. This talk was delivered at the LMA last year following the release of the 2024 report and was well received by attendees.
