Recent events have accelerated ESG and corporate sustainability practices – broadening ESG beyond the perspective of investors to all stakeholders with employees as a driving force and placing the spotlight on the social pillar of ESG. As such, there is a new mandate for organisations to have a diverse workforce that represents customers and society, creating an opportunity to reinvent the employee experience and cultivate an inclusive culture that brings to life the value of this diversity.
Join IICF’s 2022 Forum to explore the industry’s response to recent world events through the lens of ESG, gain unique insights into the S of ESG and learn practical steps you can take to create an inclusive, purpose-led culture that reflects the diverse world we live in.
IICF is continuing to support local communities through our second industry-wide campaign, the IICF UK Covid-19 Revitalising Communities Fund.
Having received a tremendous amount of support from our initial industry-wide campaign, which raised over £105,000 and helped over 3,250 individuals and families, we recognise that recovery from this pandemic is going to take time, is not going to be easy and brings new challenges to our local communities. One such issue is digital exclusion, making it more difficult to complete online schoolwork, apply for jobs, manage money on-line, and access vital services. Digital exclusion is not a standalone issue and is often correlated with food poverty; with people being forced to choose between food for the week and internet access.
Make a personal or company donation through the IICF UK COVID-19 Revitalising Communities Fund and make a real difference to people in need.
