Mapping the DNA of AI Adoption
Unlocking the Human Potential Behind AI in the London Insurance Market
Is the biggest barrier to AI success no longer the technology itself, but the people, processes and cultures expected to embrace it?
Across the London Insurance Market, investment in artificial intelligence continues to accelerate. From underwriting and claims to operations, distribution and decision-making, AI promises to transform how our industry operates.
But an important question remains: Are organisations really unlocking the value of their AI investment?
At our next LMF GenAI Working Group meeting, hosted in partnership with our Corporate Member Cognizant, we’ll explore the fascinating findings of a major new global study involving more than 10,000 workers.
Entitled New Frontiers, New Frictions: Mapping the DNA of AI Adoption, the research identifies hidden differences in how employees engage with AI and highlights the enormous productivity opportunities that could be unlocked through more effective adoption.
The findings are striking:
Our discussion will move beyond the research itself to consider the practical implications for insurers, brokers, MGAs, Lloyd’s syndicates and other Market organisations.
Around the Gen Ai Working Group table, together we’ll explore questions including:
The LMF GenAI Working Group brings together professionals from across the Lloyd’s and London Specialty Insurance Market to exchange experiences, challenge conventional thinking and explore the opportunities and implications of AI.
This is not a traditional conference or a series of presentations. It is an interactive, collaborative forum where participants are encouraged to share perspectives, learn from one another and contribute to the collective understanding of AI across our Market, helping everyone to learn from this exciting period of digital revolution.
This meeting is primarily for established members of the LMF GenAI Working Group. However, as an inclusive Market community association, LMF is keen to welcome new participants wherever capacity allows.
To maintain the quality and depth of discussion, participants should have functional responsibility for, or oversight of, AI within their organisation, whether in technology, underwriting, claims, operations, transformation, finance, innovation, strategy or another relevant business function.
Participation is open to qualifying professionals from carriers, brokers, MGAs, coverholders, Lloyd’s syndicates, Lloyd’s and recognised Market trade associations. For NEW group member enquiries, please enquire below.
Following the formal session, group members are warmly invited to join us for LMF Community Networking Drinks, providing an opportunity to continue the discussions, exchange experiences and strengthen connections with fellow Market professionals.
Places are limited. Existing Working Group members will receive priority, with expressions of interest from eligible new participants warmly welcomed.
