
A Market Operations and Change Bitesize Presentation
Blueprint Two is starting to turn from concept to reality as components and services are being built and the programme is well underway. It is a complex landscape for managing agents to successfully navigate. The LMA has worked with NTT Data to produce a foundational playbook to help develop your organisation’s understanding the implications of these changes.
The launch of this foundational playbook is presented to the market by the LMA through NTT Data with help from Lloyd’s. It is foundational because there are still many ‘known unknowns’ of detail that the Future at Lloyd’s (FAL) programme has not yet resolved. These will become more fully known over time when we expect to produce a follow up and final playbook.
The ambition of this foundational playbook is to enable every managing agent to reach a common level of understanding about Blueprint Two based on the latest known information, and ensure it is on every COO and Board agenda through H2 this year. The LMA wants the playbook to be used by managing agents as a key instrument in assuring the readiness of the Lloyd’s market for all changes being delivered by Blueprint Two.
