In October 2024, the Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) and International Underwriting Association (IUA) introduced two new online job simulations for claims, aimed at enhancing visibility of career opportunities in claims and providing individuals with an immersive, hands on learning experience.

Since their launch, over 1,300 school and university leavers have enrolled, opening and diversifying the potential talent pool for claims.
