Delivering Assurance of Maritime Autonomous Systems to support global maritime operations
This session will provide insight into how NPL in collaboration with Lloyd’s Register, and involving leading Maritime organisations, government agencies and academia have identified the importance of developing an internationally accepted assurance framework for Maritime Autonomy. Such a framework will enable a reliable quantification of risk to allow for the safe and efficient operation of Maritime Autonomous Systems at scale and in highly integrated environments.
