The LMA’s Delegated Authority Claims Management Group (DACMG) is pleased to invite you to their Delegated Authority Claims Management Forum.

This forum is designed to provide valuable insights, share key updates affecting delegated authority claims management and offer the opportunity to engage directly with DACMG members.

In this session, the DACMG will share updates on recent changes to Co-Lead Claims Agreement guidance, initiatives relating to DCA onboarding, performance MI and voice of the customer and share results of recent engagement with DCAs.
