The Cyber Business Panel would like to invite you to a cyber and data privacy update of the US and Canada. The event will be split into two parts, giving a US perspective and a Canadian perspective.

Description

Judith Selby will discuss the landscape of cyber and privacy laws and regulations in the US. Judith will also explain the impact of US legal and regulatory exposures on cyber insurers and also the emerging cyber claims handling issues.

Eric Dolden will provide a Canadian perspective by giving an update on legislative changes, some recent cases and important regulatory decisions.
