This session will focus on the Covid‐19 pandemic’s impact on the commercial real estate (CRE) market and life insurers’ commercial mortgage loan portfolios. While the CRE market broadly has proven to be relatively resilient to date, there remains much uncertainty over longer‐term impacts.
