Claims Operations Leadership Group Presents… WriteBack Innovation Panel 2025

The Claims Operations Leadership Group invites members to an engaging panel discussion featuring representatives from leading WriteBack providers: DOCOsoft, Trax (Charles Taylor), Sequel (Verisk) and Guidewire.

The session will explore how innovation, AI and automation are shaping the future of claims management, offering insight into each provider’s strategic roadmap. Panellists will discuss key opportunities and challenges within the evolving digital landscape and share their perspectives on how technology continues to transform the claims process.

The discussion will be moderated by a representative to be confirmed and will conclude with an interactive Q&A session, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the panellists.
