Description

The seminar will unpack the regulatory and legal considerations to bear in mind while handling claims in Chile and other Latin American countries.

Attendees will gain a better understanding of local versus English governing law and jurisdiction, fronting and reinsurance arrangements, follow fortunes and follow settlement clauses, and how to provide service to clients in compliance with local obligations.

This event is limited to 80 spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be drinks and canapes served after the seminar.
