Building on our previously achieved success, we are pleased to inform you that the 7th biannual Aqaba Conference, ‘AqabaConf2019’, will be expanding its scope this year, and covering areas beyond Marine insurance and Transportation. The upcoming Conference will address topics related to various insurance issues, including Digital Integration – Risk and Insurance, Traditional vs. Takaful (a co-operative system of reimbursement) Insurance, Natural Catastrophic Exposure, and the risk vs. capital debate. Several other themes will be covered within the conference, so as toexpand the range of potential delegates and attract a variety of professionals from diverse insurance fields.

The conference will be attended by major local, regional and international insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance brokers, agents, and loss adjusters, in addition to the participation of both lawyers and insurance experts.

The conference speakers and heads of sessions are among the leading local, regional and international experts, and are specialized in several of the topics to be discussed during the conference.
