Louise joined the IUA in 2015 to oversee company market involvement in market modernisation and has since been involved in many major initiatives as well as running operations for the IUA. She is a non-executive director of London Insurance Market Operations & Strategic Sourcing (LIMOSS). Louise is also a member of the inclusion@Lloyd’s committee and a dedicated supporter of London Market diversity and inclusion campaigns. Louise has been involved in project delivery throughout her career and has additional experience of managed service delivery.
