SUMMARY:Webinar: Improving company culture - How to call out inappropriate behaviour
DESCRIPTION:This comprehensive and interactive joint Insurance Institute of London (IIL) and Branko Limited webinar will focus on the FCA’s key issue for the general insurance sector – culture! The panel will address FCA expectations in respect of culture\, press coverage\, how to assess your culture\, make effective behavioural changes\, the key role of senior managers and how chartered status can help. \nThe ‘Dear CEO’ letter\, published 4 September 2020\, set out a new supervisory agenda for general insurance intermediaries and that cultural improvements will ultimately drive the required changes. Yes\, we’ve all participated in discussions about the importance of culture\, but even seasoned campaigners can struggle with calling out inappropriate behaviour – why and what should happen to enable this? \nDuring this interactive session\, Gillian and Gareth will share their own personal experiences and share suggestions as to how changes can be made\, and inappropriate behaviour addressed. Participants will be encouraged to share their own views and join the debate on what progress they have made and what a good\, healthy culture looks like. \nBy the end of this webinar attendees will have gained an insight into: \n • The FCA’s new supervision strategy for GI brokers in respect of culture\n • What you should be doing already\n • Individual perspectives from Gillian Harvey and Gareth Mutema\n • What has worked well already in your own respective organisations and the journey you are on/have been on \n \n\n \n Share this event with your colleagues:\n \n \n \n\n \n \n\n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n Facebook\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n Twitter\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n LinkedIn\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n Email\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Visit Event Website
