DESCRIPTION:LMA is delighted to announce the third annual LMA LIIBA U35s Claims Group conference which includes industry leaders Sheel Sawhney\, Global Head of Claims\, Brit\, Lee Elliston\, Claims Director\, LMA and Steve Clarke\, Head of Claims\, Aon Reinsurance solutions. \nKeynote Speaker: Richard Mullender \nRichard’s activities in defence of British subjects abroad are largely confidential. However he was part of the team that negotiated the high-profile release of three UN workers held hostage in Afghanistan in 2004. And his listening expertise contributed to the intelligence that informed the rescue of Norman Kember in Iraq in 2006. \nRichard will be delivering an insightful talk into ‘life or death listening’ and explain how these skills can help us out in day-to-day negotiations.
