SUMMARY:The future of electric flight
DESCRIPTION:In this Insurance Institute of London (IIL) aviation lecture Rob Watson will discuss the current trends for electrification in aerospace and their impact on aerospace markets. \nThe lecture will consider the key drivers for electrification in aerospace from a system and propulsion perspective. Rob will outline the technology challenges industry will need to overcome\, and the benefits to be delivered by these changes. Consideration will also be given to the broader economic logic for change\, and the enabling ecosystem required to deliver full potential.
