DESCRIPTION:Description\nJoin us for the final wellbeing session of 2021 – a festive\, stress-reducing Pilates class in association with Well With Samantha. \nChristmas can be a busy and stressful time. This early morning class will start with a breathing exercise designed to reduce stress and enhance wellbeing before moving on to a series of low-impact flexibility\, strength\, and endurance moves to strengthen the body and improve general fitness. \nYou will need the following\n\nA laptop or screen large enough to see Samantha\nA yoga mat or towel/blanket\nA clear space to practice\, free of obstacles and (if possible!) interruptions\nA bottle of water\nSanta hats are optional!\nGive yourself plenty of time to set up\, log on and get comfortable before the class starts.\n\nAdditional information\nRegrettably\, the class includes movements that are not suitable during pregnancy. \nIf you are working with an injury that Samantha should be aware of ahead of the class\, please let her know via email – samanthaerinhale@icloud.com \nDue to the interactivity of the event\, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come\, first-served basis. \nBy joining this online Pilates class\, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk.
