DESCRIPTION:Speaker: David Lawrence\, Controller of Agencies\, Lloyd’s Agency Department\, Lloyd’s \nIn this IIL Marine & Energy lecture David Lawrence will provide an overview of the Lloyd’s Open Form and talk about how the changing environment to the maritime industry is impacting on the salvage industry and the use of Lloyd’s Open Form as a salvage contract. \nAs the maritime and insurance sectors continue to evolve\, what role will there be for the Lloyd’s Standard Form of Salvage Agreement\, more commonly referred to as Lloyd’s Open Form?
