Join us for a walking tour of Roman London to explore its ancient beginnings! \nFounded in 43 AD by soldiers and merchants\, the ancient Roman city of Londinium is nestled beneath our feet and tucked away in secret corners\, hidden in plain sight. \nWe will take a tour led by historian and official City of London guide Anne Fletcher to bring Roman London to life. On our journey through ancient history\, we will see the Roman wall (which pops up in the most unexpected places) and find out what life was like for citizens of Londinium as we walk in their footsteps where the forum and basilica once stood.
