Whether you’re embarking on one of your first serious relationships\, making decisions such as whether to move in with a partner\, or facing power imbalances and toxic management styles in your professional life. \nOften\, it can be difficult to identify potential ‘red flags’ and know what to do about them\, especially if it is something that you have never encountered before. \nThis session will equip you with the tools to spot coercive control and how to respond or provide support for others who may be feeling trapped or unable to seek help\, or who may not even recognise the reality of their situation. \nThe session is open to all IIL/CII members\, is fully accessible\, and is CPD-accredited. \nLearning objectives\n\nUnderstand definitions of coercive control\nIdentify signs of coercive control in personal life and the workplace\nLearn how to respond and provide support\n\nRefreshments will be available on arrival and throughout the event.
