DESCRIPTION:This market briefing session will take an interactive approach to provide face to face training on claims handling according to the needs of the attendees\, with a focus on Cargo Claims.  \nDescription\nThroughout the centuries the many modes of freight transportation have advanced considerable. Historical horse-drawn wagons have evolved to cargo shipments via sea\, rail and air\, proving a safer and faster way to deliver goods both nationally and globally. \nHowever\, no cargo is shipped without risk A cargo claim is essentially a demand for monetary compensation in respect of financial loss sustained as a result of a breach of the contract of carriage or a failure by the carrier to fulfil certain extra-contractual obligations. \nAt this training session\, our guest speaker will take an interactive approach and actually analyse the needs and wants of attendees about external loss adjusting.
