We have been running our Leaders of Tomorrow Conference for a number of years now\, and it remains one of the most popular gatherings in the LMF annual calendar. \nFor 2024\, we’ve made our LOT Conference a half day event\, as we are conscious that time is precious. As normal\, we’ve built an exciting agenda which includes Market speakers\, panels and commentary from subject matter experts. All LMF conferences are free to attend – we also are proud to continue to operate on a Not For Profit basis\, for the benefit of our Practitioner Members and the wider Market eco-system. \nOur event will start at 12.30pm\, with a networking lunch\, followed by a key note speech at 1pm (speaker to be confirmed)\, with the first live session at 1.30pm. During the Conference\, there’ll be talks\, workshop styled sessions enabling you to work in teams with your Market peers and lots of learning content covering areas such as: \n\ndiversity and inclusion and cultural intelligence\,\ntechnology and innovation\nnew ways to grow and learn in the industry\n\nOur final two panels will feature Market professionals. Firstly we’ll have a panel involving Market leaders who will discuss how they feel young professionals can develop in the new world of hybrid working. This will be followed by our young professionals panel where we’ll discuss a range of topics ranging from how we should be looking\, as a Market\, to attract more young professionals into the industry\, through to tips for personal development and growth. \nWe are grateful to have the support of ACORD and other Market companies for this very popular Market gathering.
