DESCRIPTION:Join this interactive online workshop hosted by the IIL Young Members’ Committee and Jeff Heasman for an hour of fun and laughter\, where you can learn how laughter exercises can boost physical and mental wellbeing as well as your immune system\, to produce better results in the workplace. \nDescription\nPeople very rarely succeed in something unless they are having fun doing it. This may explain why laughter clubs are popping up in companies\, large and small\, across the world and why it has been receiving so much coverage in the press in recent years! \nFeatured in Ricky Gervais´ An Idiot Abroad on Sky One and After Life on Netflix and practised by comedy great\, John Cleese\, laughter yoga is a craze that is sweeping across the world. Here is your opportunity to experience the incredible impact laughter is scientifically proven to have on your immune system and your mental and physical wellbeing\, through a combination of laughter and yogic breathing exercises.
