DESCRIPTION:The Joint Cargo Committee (JCC) and Lloyd’s Marine Under 35s Insurance Group (MU35s) are pleased to invite you to a seminar by RGL Forensics on the issues surrounding smoke taint in cargo claims and resulting coverage issues. \nThe talk is being presented by Harriet Bateman (New York) and Jack Torpey (London)\, who will highlight some key challenges seen on the forensic accounting side of marine cargo losses\, with some interesting case studies.
