Against a backdrop of regulatory change\, a redefining of insurance distribution methods and new product opportunities\, artificial intelligence\, big data and the growth of the Internet of Things present exciting challenges but also threats. How a company develops its business model to adjust to new and evolving areas such as cyber security and crime\, for example\, will determine its short term and long term success. This session will provoke discussion as to how current and predicted trends fit in to the local context. From data analytics to the future of underwriting\, pricing and claims handling\, this is a seminar for staff at all levels.
